I hail from the BC bud province which has notoriety for producing some amazing strains of marijuana. BC companies are making inroads into the US with their know-how for growing marijuana. Someday pot will cross borders legally imho. NH is a Canadian financed company doing business in the States with the objective of thc infused edibles and oils. The efforts seem to be more aligned to real estate investing but apparently through a company called Palo Verde have supplied a building and equipment and know-how with some resulting oil. Palo has a vape product that they have announced but consumers are having trouble finding a dispensary. While NH claims they are securing licenses for grow ops and manufacturing plants they seem to be investing shareholders money in developing real estate for companies to produce marijuana edibles and the money stream for NH is rent and consulting fees. I wonder if this company should file a change of business report with regulators. I would love to show up to one of their meetings about this issue but travel is an issue due to health problems.
