I would if I were at the helm, however, how they choose to file is in their hands. Keep in mind, Management has the identical interest stockholders have. My DD has confirmed the fact that they want to restore the PPS back to their better days before their financial woes.

This is old history; we are in a new era for Arrayit, where the Company is standing on firm ground all around. The fins will speak for themselves.

Again I stress, the Company will probably restore traditional PR promptly after filings...this will definitely boost the first round of gains in the PPS.
