Good news, Delaware all taken care of, taxes paid and documents filed. Just waiting for the confirmation, which should come today. Then on to OTC Markets. We also brought on a really bright guy on to the management team and we are ready to rock this project and be a real player in the space. I know you don't know what that space is yet but you will within a week. Its one of the fastest growing, multi-billion dollar industries in the world. (its not Marijuana, lol) but very exciting and has an even broader market!

I'm planning to start to grease the PR wheel by posting small updates to the company website in a day or so if all works out as planned.

Getting KRFG back to good standing with DE was not cheap! Something big is coming into this!

Everyone sticky #1. KRFG is current with Delaware their tax was $113,000+ and it is PAID!! They have money:)

KRFG annual tax assessment $113k and didn't the new CEO mention he had to pay back taxes?!
If so, that's a lot of $$$ to pay unless something YuuGE is coming
