Curious how you know Dan has no money on the books when there are no books?

This company and its subs have not filed a thing in almost 3 years.
And that info was 5-6 years old.

There is no way to know what is or isn't happening.
And if you believe for a second that Dan isn't paying himself you are a bigger fool than Dan if he isn't paying himself.

He has followed Scotts path to the letter. I an sure there is a salary not being paid to Dan. Just like Scott had a salary that wasn't paid.
Standard operational procedure for a pink.
It makes the CEO the largest creditor so if there is a bankruptcy they can collect the asset for back pay.
This allows them to get a shell and start again after a BK.

If by chance Dan isn't taking a salary he's just horribly stupid.
Someone that foolish has no business being a CEO of a thrift store let alone a public company.

How would you know, Evil? As far as I can see there have been no financial statements filed by SRSR for two or three years.
