He's been CEO for a decade. He is the same CEO who said the "ships were sailing to find sunken treasure" when there were No ship and there were No divers because he did not pay them for work they'd done previously. Not to forget he stranded them in a foreign country with no money as well.

Never a dime of revenue, although claim after claim after empty claim...

What I'm seeing is this was a scam no question. But was Goldberg involved when it was a scam?

Goldberg hires undisclosed IRP's to promote his stock and then doesn't pay them. We learned that first hand when one such person complained on this Board that they had been stiffed by Goldy. I don't know if that qualifies as a scam and no, there is no link on the Internet.
