Right on...debt significantly reduced. Adjusting for that debt and related party debt from insiders, NHMD just has some accruals and last of jsj note then essentially debt free.

Note that shareholder deficit is improving every quarter. Almost back to positive territory.

Hard to ignore the amount of views the video ad has already. Even if a small % placed orders, nhmd should see some nice online sales growth. Next quarter filings may look petty good.

I wonder what WB PArtners and SouthCorp Capitol received for "cancelling" the debt?? Warm fuzzy feelings for doing something nice??
Dang! I wish WB Partners and Southcorp Capital would loan me that kind of money then "agree" to cease the debt!! LOL LOL
