Goldman Sachs owns a million common shares?

1) Prove it.

2) A $2-3M investment for Goldman Sachs is less than they spend on coffee. Certainly not enough to sway the Treasury or President. Hell, I don't think Carl Icahn's $50 million is significant since he's already made billions off this Presidency.
