I totally agree -- the company is building something -- the only sad thing is they are letting the pps decline .

However this doesn't mean that the company is failure or its P&D as some are insinuating here.

You can see the company is trying hard to build something positive for the future bottom line the PPS should recover from this point of you and uptrend should start showing shortly.

I I can clearly see a PPS of .0040 is doable next week easily .
