You know, you make an interesting point, or question rather. UVSE has not filed for bankruptcy. I realize that much of UVSE's debt was converted to stock. But wasn't that at the CD holders' discretion? The CD holders have not reaped any returns whatsoever, other than worthless diluted stock. And recall that the amount of convertible debt offered to UVSE was in the millions. This was in 2008-2010, if memory serves.

What may have happened to all stock??? Are they still in the hands of those (former) debt holders?
