Also I like that yesterday they tweeted stating that 1st quarter financials will be filed sometime next week so they will be OTC-current again and on 5/16/17 they tweeted, "OTCMarkets uploaded our 2016 yearend fins. For the 1st time in the history of the company we have positive financials."

They certainly seem to be ontop of things :)
