Dude the 10q even stated that there was an additional 400 million share conversion for $200,000 something . They are telling you in plain text that they are diluting to pay debt! You are just not reading it!! And they still owe half a million so where do you think they are going to get that money?! They have you PR and this is still in the red! Dilution!
