Thank you, my feelings exactly. Too much speculation and too much effort to promote false information which is why I remain in this company. there is a reason for all these negative posts and attempts to get shares from the longs which I will not support by giving up mine

The answer is in the dates.
SRSR was a legal business when they transferred that asset to IGEX.
Had they instead agreed not to transfer the asset until after the S1 the asset would still be in SRSR.

But they transferred it.
Then after the delays they lost the ability to do business legally.

The SEC/FINRA isn't going to let a public company do anything without being incorporated.

That includes asset transfers.

So while the deals requirements have not been fulfilled they can't transfer the property back.

If Dan can get the corporation back to legal the problem could be solved.

But IMO Scott did so much crooked crap that the things Dan needs to clear up the problem are out of his reach.

Like getting current filings. It's not possible without information available only from Scott and the prior CEO.
Dan will never get their help.

This is part of the reason the CTO was never cleared.

And speaking of that, I did not realize till yesterday that IGEX and SRSR have that in common too.

Both have a Canadian Cease Trade Order.
