The only bags this POS will have is stuck bagholders. The company has put out nothing. Management continues to suck!!! Their O/S is now maxed against the A/S. So they either reverse split or raise the A/S. They have no cash or money for anything as losses mount and need more shares. Most likely they raise the A/S.
