They won't be suspended by the SEC as a delinquent filer because they filed a 15-12g in 2013. Now their only reporting "requirement" is with OTC markets. Failure to file with OTC just causes the company to get a yield and then a stop sign. That's why all the scams file a 15-12g when they take over a shell.
