There was once a man standing on the beach. He was listening to the radio and there was a Tsunami warning issued (Name/Ticker/Financials). He thought to himself, Tsunami's don't hit here....I read that in an old magazine. So, he continued to lay on the beach drinking cheap beer..... then all of a sudden "SWOOOOOOSH" and no one ever heard from the fellow again.

You apparently haven't read the DD lol
Wuhu was apparently owned 60% by ZJMY in 2016. Yet, there is no value consolidated on the balance sheet. No capitalized R&D either, no claimed registered capital etc.
It's easy to say 2016 financials would not be relevant, when in fact they should back up, not be contrary to the DD thrown around here.
