He's NOT buying back shares!

He issued shares. Then, he swapped them for long term debt. Take out the issuing part of the equation and all you have left is the long term debt.

It's a game and shouldn't be legal, imo. It should fall under market manipulation. Or malfeasance, maybe. At the very least, misrepresentation.
