Take the risk on proof-of-concept study aka pre clinical for HF... and others recently announced by the company,

&& if positive LICENSE/SELL them to the big boys for big money.. happens all the time.

Google stemcentrx, they were bought out recently for several billion cash and they were only in pre clinical trials.
