For the 3 or so years I've been watching this, they have continued to issue .15 shares for many of their bills. It's good in that they continue getting .15-per-share while the company has continued losing money - bad in that those individuals taking shares probably care nothing about stock-trading and just promptly sell at .13 or more to get their cash. At least that's my read of the longterm chart and filings.

NYC, Chicago, California, Google, countless others on their customer list and they can't show profit? Management should post hiring-bulletins at their local elementary schools:

"Need 6th grade mathematics whiz to fix our witless bookkeeping"
