that's essentially what this is though right?, Viva is running off the Tiki platform which is owned by eyepartner. People can use the service for any niche they want but he doesn't actually own the company that has the technology.My understanding is its similar to a whitelabel hosted site. He needs proper promotion and a find a niche in order to pull this off.
