Bigworld, It sure looks like we're in for an extended period of political turmoil. I figured the Deep State would try to keep Trump in line via threats, but now it's clear they're looking to remove him. At minimum the US is in for many months of disarray and dysfunction.
So being short the market now makes a lot more sense. It'll be interesting to see what the Fed/PPT juice machine does next. If the downturn continues it will jeopardize their goal of normalizing interest rates, and could lead to recession.
