Yes. Its *normally* terrible, the kiss of death.. but this scenario is totally different. I have never been involved in a R/S when it was done with intentions to up-list, but rather to allow horrific amounts of toxic debt to be converted into shares and ultimately screw over everyone who doesn't have preferred shares.
This situation: no preferred shares, and with the sole intention of getting the share price stable over $4 to quality to move to a national exchange... this will allow institutions investors to get involved, those who normally will NEVER touch a penny stock will be able to get involved.
Notice how CVSI has had very little retail investor interest since the election? (Extreme low volume), when we are on a major exchange, those days of low volume will be long gone.
