You're right. That's all they have to do. They haven't done it. Not current. No biggie??? Then why havent they done it? They let themselves fall behind because of carelessness. They could have filed an extension, that's no biggie and would kept them current. Yet they chose to not do either of the "no biggie" filings, and here we are. NO.LONGER.CURRENT. And that IS a biggie.
