I guess a management decision for a new company is do I pay off long term debt by issuing shares from the treasury or keep a low float with significant long term debt. From a business standpoint, one should get rid of notes payable asap, particularly if they are convertible to common stock and/or have high interest rates. Ryan's on the right track in my opinion. Looks like most MJ companies were in the red today. I told yaboy a while back that I'd accumulate if the price went under 2 cents, so I'd better honor that statement tomorrow. GLTA
