First; a little housekeeping…
“Well.....that's kinda personal, isn't it?”. My purpose was to flush out the real question behind, what I considered to be a transparent, passive aggressive question, i.e.; “Have you sold your holdings?” If I answered, “Yes”, the counter-response would be, “Then why are you posting here?”. If I responded, “No”, then the counter-response would be, “Then why are you posting negative things?”.

I remind you of your statement on Jan 11, 2016:

…in any event it is factual news about the company which is going to make or break this stock. Hopefully we'll be getting some soon.

You have no clue as to the infighting that has been going on behind the scenes. You can thank three of my friends and me for getting the new Auditor, the Company books up-to-date, and (almost) proper SEC filings.

As to the inflammatory word usage, “admitting”, (Admit; confess to be true or to be the case, typically with reluctance.), I will substitute the word, “Imply” and respond accordingly.

I believe that the only thing I was uncertain about, was that Joy Nunn refused to continue on the Board. However, I did state that given all information available, I believed that it was more than plausible that she did in fact “Refuse” to continue. "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck".

I never post on a Board unless I own shares in the company that is the named subject of the Board.
