I can back up Richkat on this. The military procurement personnel would not take the time to look up, nor care, about the financials of a company. "Is it the most cost effective" is the ONLY thing they care about. I have never seen anyone, in over 20 years, look up the financials of a company when acquiring anything. Hell, we could get upgraded engines at a base in Germany with just throwing in a case of beer. Didn't matter if the company's finances were good or not, as long as they were cheap.
