What I want to know is who is paying for the glass manufacturer to test production, and if the federal government will be funding a trial building.

A building developer will have to go way out on a limb to be the first test case. I don't believe one will step forward without huge investment credits.

It seems to me that we have the wrong administration and congress to advance this science.

The 3 panes of glass on the left are certainly a significant size. I am not sure what is on the right.

The blue cables are probably the power lines.
