Marcus is back to his older tricks...they are going to get him this time and that will be it. He will offer everyone a penny or something for their shares and he will go private like he wants to do anyway.
IDLM is just waiting for the SEC to pull registration on the stock and then Marcus has everyone trapped where they get nothing for their shares or they can take 1/2 cent or maybe a penny.
