I think it is much less than 10% but agree need to weed it out. Those that really need the assistance will be the only ones hurt.
This is just like using millions to drug test when it's been proven in several states that it's a losing game they found so few.

BS is BS no matter what. Politicians figured out a while ago that the lapdog media can be told (and repeat) anything especially if they hate the other party
