Isn't it a bit complicated to know how much that is per SIAF share?



There are 22M SIAF shares eligible.
They are spinning off 18.3% of Triway or 18.3M shares (out of 100M)

So every SIAF share you get 18.3/22 = 0.83 Triway shares.
Just something you will have to remember. Multiply by 0.83.
There is no easy way to do this.

You should also account for 20% dilution during the IPO.

And then you have to multiply by a P/E of 20, or even 50.
So that's a lot of money in a few years....
