skull and crossbones has nothing to do with SEC filings. Yes if they decided to pay the money going to fully sec reporting would get rid of it but they can also get rid of them with full disclosure to OTC markets and attorney statement. Issue here is OTC has some issues with what is contained in disclosure so HIRU working to get it corrected.
