We don't know the date of USRM's last response to the FDA, so we don't know when the 60 day clock started over again.

Please note that each time more information is requested, the 60-day timeline resets and the FDA is afforded additional regulatory processing time. Currently, U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. is operating within the regulatory timeline and is actively working with the FDA to quickly and effectively fulfill requests for supplementary materials.

Mike's blog post contains only present tense "operating", "actively" "working" "to quickly and effectively full requests". Therefore, IMHO, the date that USRM responded to the most recent FDA request is unknown, and subsequently the dates of the new 60-day window are also unknown.
