There's an appeal in the 3rd Circuit Court. Supposedly anyway. Can we get some sort of timetable on that? Will it be another 3 months? 3 years? We're not getting any younger you know.
There are three appeals consolidated in the Third Circuit. Those appeals are stayed (17-1513) (Third Circuit) pending a decision of the United States Supreme Court case Quinn v. City of Detroit, et. al.
The Quinn case has not been set for conference as far as I know so it could be awhile before the appeals proceed. Both the Supreme and Appeals courts take a long recess over the summer anyways.
