the manipulation is so obvious and blatant on pmcb. i don't know how the mm's have gotten away with it all these years. i sent in about 4 or 5 complaints but never heard a word or response back.
this is why i always wondered if the nda's had something to do with it. if the ceo doesn't complain then why would the sec listen to a shareholder.
