This is true. I did say that. That was based on my understanding that the outstanding debts had been paid and that those documents were ready. That was me assuming and conjecturing. I sincerely regret those posts but this is different.
This time I actually spoke to the CEO and then I simply repeated what he said. He said "in the next couple days things will be released, including an 8K"

But you're right, there is no real reason to believe me. Hell, I don't even know if I can believe him. But that is what he said so I sure hope it's true. We've been patient. There are five other things I want to do right now but I've been trying really hard to stop chasing squirrels.
