FACT, shareholder's case would be won in the International court in Hague.

Our beloved government is now in checkmate.

For God's sake, even Yukos won $50 B against Russia in 2014. However, Russia won the Dutch appeals last month a year ago, but it's not over for Yukos, which is a far weaker case.

This only compounds the situation and puts even more pressure on our government to do the right thing.
