Buy out or equity partnership is in the works. They should have given SNY an equity stake and the roll out of Afrezza would have been different.

Now Matt needs money as he knows the product works, so he has to have been working on an equity stake partnership or buy out. It explains the huge 200% move over 4 days and the big volume of shares that traded. It surely wasn't about earnings or the One Drop deal. Same reason the booth at the ADA hasn't been finalized as they plan on being in someone else's booth.
