True net worth, the net worth of anyone or entity, even yourself is Assets minus Liabilities. Its what you got -v what you owe.

Again, your argument is based on semantics and not reality. They can call it anything they want. The fact remains that the NWS is calculated as equity minus capital reserve and the government calls that calculation the net worth of the company. Argue with the government. It's been going on since 2012. Guess they didn't get your memo, probably because they don't care. Whatever is right.
