It is coming without a doubt in my mind.

Big stock players were playing games with the price at the end of the day today. They were able to do so because not a lot of people were actively purchasing so they were able to sell to themselves at low prices to scare others into selling to them.

Once they buy up these scared peoples' shares they will stop selling to themselves at low prices and allow it to move.

Unfortunately sometimes there is nothing you can do about it, they have more money than we do and more shares. But good companies always win out. PGPM is one of them.
