Oh yeah, once you establish credibility and communicate with investors in a transparent manner, it is better to save money and use Tweet. Social Media is officially acceptable long time ago and can be used in a court.
The leader of the free world uses twitter to communicate important info so I don't think the head of a micro cap pink sheet co. using it to communicate is too far a stretch at this point.
