I bought yesterday and sold today after the technical buy signal was confirmed. Making money off this German scheme is very easy. When the German volume is high buy early as the price is rising and SELL SOON AFTER THAT! PTSC should slump back to 1c shortly.

A huge settlement will mean little to the shareholders in my opinion. If it does it would simply amaze me to see it.

But the thought of a German pump and dump being in motion is likely.
