Because we are waiting for FDA approval to be in human trial..

They have so many patents right now, I think they are strategically picking the ones for Clinical trials/FDA trials that will either:

A.) bring in the most money or attention from larger companies.
and
B.) be most likely to get fast track approval from the FDA to get in and out in 60-90 days instead of 2-3 years.

Just my opinion.
