It would be nice if someone would acquire Boreal Water and actually run the company for the benefit of those invested in it unlike what Francine did using it to funnel money and sales to another company. I don't know if we will ever see one cent of our investments but will take some satisfaction in seeing Francine sent packing. Also, thanks Linda for the information.

Well that was a waste of $ 15.

I just checked the Court Website and nothing has
been filed yet on the May 15 hearing. I thought it
might be too early if the JUDGE is also rendering
a written Decision.
