It's an upload to OTCMarkets.com, not a 10Q and has no legal meaning whatsoever. HHSE is a Form 15 company and files nothing with the SEC. Uploads to OTCMarkets.com aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

Just look at the last thing they uploaded to edgar. It has a balance sheet that does not even balance and they claimed $1.5m in theatrical releasing revenues and fees from four movie that made probably $100k total at box office.
