That's where I found the 15-15 which as I understand alleviates the responsibility to file - effective through March of 2018. Naturally they won't use the entire effective term but I don't believe they have any deadlines at this point in time. I believe you're right that it could be any day now because Adel is chipping away at the steps for a RM.
