I'm looking at the facts agnostic to what you characterize as positive/negative.

Irrespective of the sizable reduction in G & A expenses,AWGI has virtually NO $$$ to conduct business.

With $242 in cash please tell me ......how they can market their products?

You don't have to look for the negative in the 10, it jumps out and punches you in the face, expenses are down because they have no money to spend, 242 in the bank, 1.25 billion shares issued. I can't imagine any one loaning them more money, the next step is a 424B filing and the direct sale of shares them selves, once that fails as it always does for companies in this position, it's lock the doors.
