More talk and absolutely no action.

No action from the President Trump administration

No 11K documents released

No court wins

There has been plenty of talk since 2008 - nothing has changed except the government has received tens of billions of dollars and wasted it.

I love price predictions about as much as all that trade the GSEs by always selling at the exact high and buying back in at the exact low.

Everything is looking good.
Definitely green tomorrow.
Hopefully we get the trifecta of good news on Thursday when Mnuchin speaks...

Navy can you point out how this is different than everything else we've heard so far? It says he stopped short of telling us how the government was going to get it out of government control. The way I read it that includes getting rid of Fannie Mae as we know it. I really don't see anything more definite that this guy said than everyone else has said recently.

I can't seem to find another source other than this twitter feed that confirms Phillips said this (that the Trump Adminsitration want Fannie and Freddie "out of government control"*.

If anyone could provide such a link I would be grateful.

(*Public utility model would still imply a lot of control, but its still a good outcome for shareholders; Possibly a better one if it implies less risky behavior)
