Do you mean the merger that regulatory approvals were expected on or about May 1, 2017 or the merger that the Long Form Merger Agreement was due to be released by May 15, 2017, or the merger that was dependent on Crimson Forest bringing all its SEC filings up to date?
Because none of those mergers are looking good at all. In fact, they are not happening.
