So I've been playing things thru my head for a couple months here on the following:

- Aspire - why would Aspire sell 49% of its well known and EXTREMELY reputable company to TXHD?

- Aspire took what for giving up that 49%? Options/Stock in preferred shares? So again, they must have seen something? Could they leverage the text platform to major govt owned businesses? Healthcare? Etc....?

- Why did Wais and Aspire authorize the 2 billion? It's not for cash in Wais pocket. And then convert to preferred? I would assume to help the Market Cap or not freak out investors doing DD to see 2.6 billion OS? Was the entire play to ensure TXHD was always in Wais's hands and to keep ownership during these next few acquisitions?

Idk. Just thinking out loud.

Bottom line the tech is real and looking profitable. For most penny traders with no clue on tech value or how companies poach Developers in Cali...I suggest...GO WATCH SILICON VALLEY on HBO. Most here should understand that and get a good laugh.

More DD to come

Their debt should be much lower, based on the conversions. It really pissed me off when I saw what they got for over 400 million shares.
