Proof.
I received notification from E-trade that there was a chance in the company that affected the shareholders. I am searching for it right now. Being that it was 3 years ago, I have stopped watching and worrying about it.

I was not the only shareholder that received notification... Did anyone keep that letter from the company?

If you would like to keep buying, please do. It only helps me. I still own 1 million shares, and I am hoping that the shell will be picked up by another company...

IMPO, she dissolved the company, which Jim her late husband had threatened the shareholders that he would do if we kept bugging him for company finacials and what not. He was very open with is dissatisfaction for his choice to start AFTC into the OTC market.

Then after she shut her down IMHO, she sold the patents to the government as they were already looking at the tech, and she retired...
