Google longwei petroleum and scroll down to last year...June or July 2016 and you'll see what the sec I'd after...mostly things toups did, but lph should have corrected them on the quarterly statements

The company apparently was somewhat successful years back. However, if you saw the Chinese news video in which locals were interviewed, business apparently dried up...virtually completely (sans the doctored up oil trucks pulling up to counter Carnes' video). Of course, Longwei with Toups giving interviews until the end explaining success upon success, never did mention vegetation on tracks; nor have they ever truly countered Carne's OR the news claims about their apparent lack of business, let alone their lack of ethics. I'm quite sure Carne's and the News crew didn't pay off random locals just to get a story.
